About the photographer:

I was born in Bar Harbor, Maine and grew up in Bangor, Maine. I earned a B.S. degree

from Husson College, Bangor, Maine (non-traditionally) in court reporting and was active in the

court reporting profession for several years.

I moved to Portland to pursue my love of photography at the University of Maine, Augusta

and freelanced as a photographer while at the same time managing a retail photography venue. 

During my time at UMA, I had three photography shows--Lewiston, Portland and Boston. 

My next show is scheduled for early 2005 in Portland.

My long-term photography goal is to be still photographer on film sets. This dream was realized partially this summer, as I worked on "Straight Out of Compton2" which filmed in Portland, Maine and Los Angeles, CA.

Presently, I am a generalist.  My scope of experience covers:

documentary and commercial photography, head shots, engagement announcements,

weddings, bands and CD cover work, legal, architectural and landscape, and of course, film sets.

I am available to do commissioned work if the opportunity presents itself.

I am bicoastal, traveling between Maine and Los Angeles.
